This weeks Message of Light! 3 Sessions to Reset YOU! We have been going through so much energetically this past 90 days on personal and collective levels. We have been informed that everything is energy! Everything is a frequency! You are a frequency energy being! You have patterns of energy from this lifetime, past lifetimes, from your family, and DNA that hold emotional patterns that keep you in a stuck space, and/or a repetitive pattern of the same situations and outcomes. I have recently been shown how we as humans get stuck and what holds us there in these unhealthy emotional and mental patterns. I was also shown how to cut the cords to these stuck negative collective frequencies. They also showed me how to then connect energetically to those positive collective frequencies and how right now in this 3D Earthly moment can shift to hold more of their own unique Soul Light and then that Light spread to heal all lifetimes currently connected with this Soul.
